Chronic sufferer in Ireland
Jul 5th, 2015 at 6:48am

Greetings all.

After several years lurking on here I wanted to post a note of introduction and thanks to the regular posters and Batch in particular for the many words of support and advice for the many sufferers out there.

My story:
I moved from the UK to Singapore in 2005 and 6 months later started my first cycle  - regular as clockwork at 12.15 each day two sips into my lunchtime green tea. no idea it was a cluster cycle I just managed through with the usual pain meds and cut out the green tea, the red wine, the beer, the chinese food etc etc etc. Moved to Dubai in 2010, 6 months later had a kip 9...at 12.15 during my lunch! the beast can travel... Chronic since that day. Interestingly i worked in a hangar with no daylight in one of the sunniest countries in the world when i went chronic, vit D?. I moved to Amsterdam in 2012 and was finally correctly diagnosed by a Dutch neurologist - went through the usual meds, had some success with verapamil but i already have  a heart murmur which got worse, plus the gingivitis and swelling i had to come off. Another move to
Ireland last summer and a new neurologist who wants to start from scratch. Same diagnosis but this neuro has discovered a cyst on my pituitary glad and high prolactin levels...the search for an answer continues... In the meantime since December I have been following the Vit D3 regimen. I swap out the fish oil for flax oil after reading Karen Hurd's literature and the Budwig protocol. I am not completely PF and still have shadows but I consider this infinitely a better place than I was 12 months ago.

Many thanks to you all.

Stevo.
