It's coming.

I can feel it, ya know? It's not even a shadow but I know that something is coming tonight. It's weird isn't it? No pain or any physical symptoms but you just know it's on it's way. I'd put money on me taking the beast for a walk tonight. It's been about 4 months since my last one, where I had 3 straight nights of them. First one after a while is always the worst. Probably just because I've forgotten how much it hurts but I almost feel ready for it. As in, "bring it on". Yet I know I'll be on my knees later . . .

Hey Joe,

Sorry to hear that. What have you got to deal with the Beast?

Have you read up on the D3 regimen?

Peter.
