Hi i have been wondering and reading about neuro stimulation for the management of C.H. ,has anybody tried it and can you tell me about your experience. The migraine clinic in Montreal where i have been waiting for over a year to get a appointment offers a clinical study of c.h. and implanting the neuro stimulator. Thank you for your input.

Hi I have a dual neurostimulator. I received mine from the Reed Migrane center. I was pain free for over and a year. I am a chronic cluster suffer. It has helped me. However, I just started a new cycle. I would try the trial first. That's what I did and that will help you determine if you want to prefer to move forward with the surgery. If you have any other questions. Please message me. You can see my post about it. I posted it under the medications page.

Have you search for a headache doc/clinic wich is qualified in handling Cluster? Waiting for a migraine oriented clinic: I'd ask about their staff whe focus/are skilled in treating Cluster. Would be a shame if your waiting doesn't get you to the right specialist.
