Hawaiian Baby Woodrose Seeds

i recently followed the tincture (drops) steps for some I ordered and have dosed 3 times now (5 days apart) increasing the drops each time because I have not felt any effects at all...any thoughts as to why this might be the case?

I know nothing about dosing of any kind...but a 'tincture" usually means an alcohol extract.
Even 3 drops...when I was in an active cycle.... would have been a trigger. Seems I've seen in
the past discussions of water extract for these seeds.....ya might wanna check.

Best
Jon

Similar thoughts to what Jon wrote with alcohol being a significant CH trigger for most people with CH.

Do check if this is the case, especially if wine / beer / spirits is a CH trigger for you.

well the steps I followed calls for a small amount of alcohol to be added to the drops after the distilled water step, as a preservative.
But yes I'm with you on alcohol being a pretty damn certain trigger

I personally found Rivea Corymbosa seeds to be more effective than HBW, in water though
