About ptosis caused by cluster headaches

Does ptosis brought on by cluster headaches go away when the cluster headaches do? Or is it something that will likely require treatment?

G'day Amedeus, welcome, and I hate that droopy eyelid as much as anyone.

For me it goes away as quickly as the cluster cycle finishes but I'm always left the occasional little twitch, especially when I'm tired.

Just that little reminder.

I had ptosis only during the CH itself and for a short time after, otherwise no issue.

Same as Mike for me...it's transient side effect of a hit...

...one permanent effect is that the pupil of my CH side is noticeably
smaller than the other eye...looks kinda strange but the eye doc said
not a problem......

I recall vividly my first CH, on a long international flight.  I was asleep and awoke with a vicious CH hit.  I headed up to the lav and threw some water on my face, looked in the mirror and saw my left eye, red and drooping, and thought -- what the hell, did I just have a stroke?
