Shoot, i think it's been 7+ years since I've been on here.  Hello again. Glad to say I've pain free for quite some time, not even "shadows".  Is that right ? I've forgot the lingo. I don't remember his name, but he suggested a Vitamin D regime...  Well, I followed it, and once the knot the size of Racquetball left my shoulder blade, I've been trouble free.  I kinda got off the Vit D, but I started up again since it may prevent the 19(which I got last December).   Anyway, vitamin d made me think of this place.  see ya around
