you should also consider whether or not someone is *healthy* enough to take imitrex in the first place. Should they suffer a heart attack, you could be liable, and thus, financially ruined. I had to beg for it, cause of the risk factors associated with its use. But, we took the law into our own hands, so to speak, and I get my drugs from a Doc's office, no Rx, no records, no nothin'. If I croak from using it, my wife can't very well sue anyone... Let your conscience be your guide... you do have one, don't you? (That's not meant as an insult, BTW) I say damn the legal technicalities, full steam ahead, but alas, that's not to be taken as advice. I'm only speaking for myself. I know that if you showed up on my doorstep in mid-cluster, I couldn't NOT offer some sort of assistance.
