Thank you so much for this entry on your thoughts Laurence. I am the wife of a CH sufferer for 23 yrs. now and I have a tremendous amount of compassion for him (and all of you). My husband has described this shadow pain to me the way you have just done but for some reason to read it now, tonite from you really hit me hard. It is exactly what I needed tonite to keep going (my husband is in his 9th month of a cycle - longest one to date) and I was getting a little worn down. I have been here reading almost every day since DJ started the site April 11th the day before Easter. I've learned so much, gotten alot of info and stopped feeling like the freak family because of all you guys. Thanks again for making this a little easier to handle - it is difficult being a spouse or family member. I printed your message Laurence and will show my extended family members, this way maybe they will understand why we are again home on the 4th of July - THANK YOU! - LC
