Sometimes it`s nice to know i`mnot totaly insane.I`ve called this shadow my aura for years. Although I`m not having full blow C/H right now the shadow or aura is always in the backgroud. My nose gets stuffy [rightside] and a feeling i cant totaly explain creeps up my face.When I feel this I immediatly start hard exercise. I can make it go away but the monster is always waiting to jump.
