Welcome to the board; you are not alone. Feel free to post anytime; comments, support, vent... I've lived with the beast for most of my life and went through all the misdiagnose crap too. Most of us have. Fear is a common element among us; I lost mine when I was finally properly diagnosed and I could deal with the beast.
In response to Sam's comment about CH less severe with age, good for you but not for me. I'm 59 and the beast is as angry as ever. At least I'm not chronic anymore.
