I know exactly what you are going through - I believe that depression and CH are very closely linked, ie, if you get CH you get depressed - I don't just think it's the HAs getting us down, but that depression is a symptom - I am a very "black and white" person - I am either very happy or quite low - no grey areas! When I am going thru a CH bout I find that my depression periods are more frequent and more intense. When I'm in remission I'm OK (99% of the time, anyway) When I get the CHs I could cry for weeks non stop, the whole world is conspiring against me, and God help anyone who crosses me, I could commit murder! Please don't worry - I firmly believe that this emotion is a sympton
