I've been using Imitrex nasal spray during my current cycle. I find (for me anyway) that if I take it at the earliest possible time (not wait and wonder is it or isn't it going to be a full blown h/a) then it takes less than five minutes to abort the h/a...yes it does have a bitter taste but I would rather have that then the excruciating pain. If I don't
catch the h/a in time it takes longer to work and doesn't actually stop the h/a but does seem to make it more bearable. No other side effects for me. Like everything else what works for one will not always work for someone else....give it a try.....what have you got to lose but the pain.
