1. if you've been TRULY mishandled by these ER donkeys -
gather up a half-dozen printouts of the different professional CH info sites on the web
2. pay a little call on the hospital administrator;
threaten defamation of character suit if you've been accused of scamming drugs, unless you get a formal apology
3. go to the state/county medical board consumer/patient's rights committee & file a complaint re: abusive and unprofessional behavior
there WAS a time, not so long ago, that CH was relatively unknown to many docs, but there is no excuse for that anymore........don't accept the excuse
basically -
if you get treated like hell,
raise a little hell about it !
