But I still say put your complaint in writing - it looks better in court and they can't say they didn't get it if you UPS or send it certified.
Another thing - Always put a CC: at the bottom with the name of an attorney (find one in the phone book if you have to,but they don't like the idea that you're copying your attorney.) I send my attorney a copy of everything like that, just in case I get in trouble.
