is one visit to a neurologist all it takes to determine that headaches are cluster headaches? my granddaughter is 10 and today returned from the doctor with her mother with that diagnosis. did anyone get it at age 10? they want to prescribe very potent medication, one type is described as "usually not given to anyone under 14 and it can make one terribly angry for 45 minutes by the clock". headaches of no kind run in our families. and, the child does not appear to be in the kind of pain you describe. any suggestions?
