I have been a CH sufferer for 20 years. As a hard core vegetarian my inclination has been to seek natural remedies as opposed to drugs. I have spent a ton of money with the best Osteopaths in the country. The bottom line is that manipulation only gave me temporary relief and the zillions of herbs, vitamins and minerals I ingested produced zero results. The only thing that has worked for me is a combination of Prednisone, Verapamil and proper heating habits. However, try it out - it may work for you! Good luck.
