Jean-Louis , thanks for the insight ..seems you did your homework and some of us can learn form you .
I think for the time being , once I finish my Verapamil treatments , and hopefully by then I'll be feeling better.
One thing I will do is to no longer work until I burn out . I shall have better sleeping habits , better eating habits . And basically take better care of myself .
I think that's a head start. We'll see .
