I have had these damn ha for over 8 years . Have tried every med mentioned on this life saving post. (Thank you DJ). Has anyone experienced insomnia with verapamil ? I'm currently taking 360 mg/day. The ha have stopped for the most part. I had a screamer the night before last but none last night. The problem is , for the last week or so I haven't been able to get any sleep. Has any one else had this problem with verapimil ?
