One thing you might try...Before you had ramped up
to 480 mg, what dosage were you on? 240? Or even
360? The reason I ask is that what's worked for
me is ramping up slowly, in 40 mg increments.
You can get Verapamil in these small dosages.
Perhaps you ramped up too quickly. Then, I stay
at each level for as long as possible.
