Many commercial tomato crops are sprayed with pesticides that contain free-glutamic acids. It is these free-glutamic acids that trigger the migraine headaches. I suffered from migraines and facial paralysis, along with other ailments, until I eliminated MSG and free-glutamic acids from my diet. Feel free to email me if you would like more info.
