Parmesan cheese and Tomatoes?! Now, I don't touch cheese of any kind when I'm in the middle of a cycle, but Tomatoes I do eat. Cooked Tomatoes seem to be the culprit (the migraine association of Canada also lists cooked Tomatoes as a trigger); pasta sauce, Tomato based soup broths (minestrone etc.), but I never noticed fresh Tomatoes to be a bother. I would never had known they contain MSG naturally. I'm sure many foods do, however, as MSG IS natutrally occuring. I believe Soy Beans are also a natural source of MSG. Correct me if I'm mistaken.
