One thing you can say is your not alone with this. This is going to be hard, but try it please, If your not under attack try not to sit around and think when the next one is going to hit. Life is to short.
I`m a suffer of 25 year`s. Like you I use to do the samething. I wasted so much presiose time worrying about the stupid CH I stopped enjoying life.
