Hi All,
My name is Jim Sucharski and I am really naew to this CH stuff. I am 30yo and have been suffering for 5 years with CH's but finally went to the DR when this last series of attacks started on 05/13/99. I was very scared because I had no idea what was causing these to occure. The Dr still hasn't diagnosed them as CH's but after doing my own research on the subject I am convinced that this is what I have. I am scheduled for C/T scan on 06/10/99. They want to rule out the possibility of tumors. I am sure that they will not find anything.
My wife was the one who turned my on th this site and I am very thankful that something like this exists. I feel bad for her because when I am rolling on the floor crying in pain there is nothing she can do but sit and wait for the attack to end. She has been doing a lot of surfing trying to help me find the answer to "WHY ME?????". My last attack was last night and it started around 2:30 AM (woke me from a sound sleep of course) and lasted until 4:00AM. I felt like putting my head through the wall, or stoping the pain by removing the source of my problem(the whole hear that is). Right now I am fine (but I fear any minute that is going to change).
I think I am rambling, but thanks to every-one who contributes to this site. I hate to say it, but I am glad that I am not the only one.
