Welcome to the family Jim. We all want to know the answer to "Why Me!". One reason is because very little research is being done on the "demon" and we're considered "orphans".
Try watering the demon. glass every 1/2 hour and O2. Imitrex for the bad pain (or cafagot). And hang in here and read the posts for what works for others.
We all want a cure, but until we get OUCH up and running, we don't have the clout to make researchers and drug co. aware that WE WANT SOMETHING DONE AND WE WANT IT DONE NOW!.
