Maxalt (MLT or otherwise) works great for me as long as I get it in me on an empty stomach when the CH is just starting. Aborts it in 20-30 minutes tops. I get the 10mg and break 'em in half to save $$.
If you have just eaten, though, the pill might take longer to get into your system than the CH will last. I keep a few Imitrix nasal sprays around for those occassions -- that way I won't be afraid to eat.
