Predisone How Long have ppl been on it?

Dear Steve or anyone that has taken it.
How long did they have you on Prednisone for your eye`s? My eye`s did the same bleeding behind my eye`s. This was what was causing my loss of vision. they gave it a big ol` fantsy name.
I took the prednisone for 5 month`s then I took myself off. I know it`s not wise to do this,but the effect`s the drug had on me was terrible.The depresion from the drug was just to much. When I started to brake all the mirror`s in the house, then was thinking of taking my own life that`s when I threw the scripe in the trash. No tapering off. I knew if I took it any longer I would`nt be around.
Curious.
