I. too, have what I've been calling shadows -- very mild twinges that last a minute or two and then go away. I don't necessarily even get them every day.
My fear is that while my real cycle should be over after five months, it is in fact not over, and that I might be "going chronic". I am also still on verapamil and would love to get off that for awhile, but don't dare until those twinges, however infrequent, are entirely gone.
For what it's worth, my neurologist, who is hardly forthcoming and sympathetic, insists that what Ihave described are not shadows. Of course he doesn't say what they are -- just that aren't shadows.
Meanwhile, I'm truly thankful that things aren't worse than they are, and that you'll have better days ahead.
