Would someone explain to me what the "shadows" are?
I had been free of CH's for five weeks after a twelve week episode, my first. Have been on a Ca+ Channel Blocker the whole time, 480 mg per day. The last five days I've gotten several times a day what felt like a CH coming on, then it fades within a minute or so. I am trying to ignore them, think positive, and am perfectly happy if this is not the big ones coming back again.
Any experience on this?
