I'm new to Board, 33 and have had clusterd for 17 years

I am 33 years old and live in Toronto Canada. I've had clusters off and on for 17 years since I was 16.

Fortunately my last clusters were over a year ago and I'm trying not to even think or talk about them, for fear I'll make them come back.
