You know michael I used to think that I could think a HA into coming, and though there are triggers to them, really they are prety much going to come when they come. Try to relax. I know its easier when you have a medicine that works for you. I keep shadow HA's most of the time so if I worried I was going to get one I be fried all the time. Peace
