hi jimbo, i just found this site a few weeks ago myself. if you've got clusters this is the place to be! when i first tried the imitrex pills, they did nothing. then the neuro. told me anything taken orally, would be too slow getting into your system. so i tried the injections, with an auto injector kit, and it was real easy and worked like magic. total relief in under 10 mins. since then i've gone to the nasal spray, its a little slower, but still very reliable, and cheaper. good luck
