Mary,
I'm suprised they even let you have clusters since your not an "orange peeled, square jawed, male" that drinks and smokes. You must have a doctor that sees a little beyond the profiles. Problem with cluster is that they're so rare that the docs don't want to stray too far from the book.

Did the nightlies for several years and I know what you mean. Never had that many doubles but the singles were enough. I know it gets to be something you look forward to. Kinda like going to the dentist every night when every body else gets to sleep.

As I recall, I used to get a short nap when I got home from work. Limited to an hour so it wouldn't get into hurting. I know this would be harder for a mother of four, but maybe you could get the rest of the family to join you. Nightly ha time is when I took a shower and shaved. It took my mind off things a little and also let me sleep a little later in the AM. You know, when you really feel like you could do some serious sleeping.

If I got static about the nap, I would try to make a little more noise at night. Sometimes it made everyone a little more willing to join in the nap. Dirty pool? maybe. But sometime all's fair.

I'm not sure if they don't hurt as much when you get them real regular, or if it's the fact that they don't scare you anymore and you tend to view them as a nusiance more than a major event.

Don't give up yet. If you want to try the candida thing give me an E-mail and I'll tell you everything I can think of. I'm always looking for someone's ear to bend about it, but as you can imagine most non-clusters just look at you and nod, waiting to tell you about the headaches they've experienced.

At Jim C.s suggestion, myself and a few others have had sucess with this thing. It might be worth your consideration.

You didn't used to have them. Theres no reason they can't go away as soon as you figure out what causes them.

I think the docs are still so deep into fixing the symptoms that they won't consider causes.

Hang in there. Clusters Build Character.

Dan Line
