I find that if I cry even just a little bit that it sometimes helps to relieve the built up tension and all the emotional stuff that goes along with all this excruciating pain we live with day in and day out for
who knows how long. Hang in there. And by the way there is absoulutely nothing wrong with a man crying and any time as far as I'm concerned, especially ones who endure this kind of torture!!
