Well, It's not quite summertime yet but it's damn hot and humid here in Montreal! After over 15 years of these blasted CH's (and I'm only 32) this is my first summertime bout ever and it's really tough to deal with given the heat and the humidity.
Any suggestions?
Also, I've been using the Imitrex nasal spray which can take up to 20 minutes to work (when it does work), how quickly does the injector work?
Also, also (otherwise known as "also #2"), Does anyone have any strange "ritualistic sort-of voodoo" thing that they do that helps?
