Don't know what's happening in the States, but in Sweden there was a full page article on Horton's headache (as it's called here.) Of course it dealt mainly with powerful men who had the problem....
I do agree with Beth's observation that it would be interesting to delve further into the plight of women who suffer from this exotic problem...
