Family,
I need some confirmation/assistance
I am attempting to do some research to provide a way to overcome the problems with the FICO's (F#@$ing Insurance Companies) denying coverage on KNOWN remedies for CH.
Please respond via e-mail. Results will posted with a "searchable" subject line.
First,I need to establish 2 things
1) What is the most often denied treatment (EG: 02, Imitrex, etc.)
2) What is the EXACT reason stated by the "FICO" (Check your statement, I need specifics such as: "Not covered", "Not approved" "Limit exceeded" etc.)
I then plan to document a specific action plan to take into battle and hopefully overcome these obstacle's.
For ease of tallying, please respond 1), 2), and provide me your STATE of residence (to research state specific exclusions, etc), your name is not required.
Thanks in advance for your help, I am hoping this action will really give us some TEETH to tear these guys apart and get what we need.
