Just read your letter..We live in California
Our insurance company denied Imetrix..Our doctor
wrote a detailed letter to them. Listing the medications
that we had tried. And that in his opinion the use
of Imetrix was medically nessasary for the treatment of
my husband. It was then approved and we were givin 10 boxes
a month. Every year we have had to send the letter for
but it has worked. Your doctor has to fight along
with you in order to get the medications that you need.
He must list all other treatments you have tried that
have not worked.. So far this has been working for
us..
