Skilly, I am happy to know that biofeedback and hipnosis work for you, but for me these two treatments were a complete waste of time. As was a multitude of other things. For some reason I can't acccept being bounced out of bed at 2:00 am with a full blown 10 and getting relief from things that would never be possible to effect in that condition. If these things work for you that is great, however I wouldn't want to lead anyone to believe that they could work for others.
