Mike, since I have been on dilantin I have have no major severe headaches but I still get the symptoms (shadow). I get a dazed feeling along with nasial discharge and a lot of drainage again mostly at night. I too have tried allergy medications including steroid sprays all with no luck. But at least the major pain is gone.
