aloha!
i don't currently have med insurance so was wondering
if anyone knew how i could get any otc treatments
(lidocaine, oxygen tank, anything new, etc). i have
had CHs for about 18 yrs now and have had bad
experiences with ergatomine and caffergot as
prescribed. now i'm reading about all these new
treatments unknown to me or my neurologist
when i first tried to get treatment. btw, i have
found that running a hot shower over my head
(in the dark) helps distract the pain.
