I won't go into any great detail, but after 15 years of
cluster headaches and all the tests and medications, the
cure for me was almost too simple. I was skeptical, but
it worked.
Cluster headache sufferers tend to be high strung and driven.
I came across an article by Dr. Ninan T. Matthews from the
Houston headache clinic that suggested "chilling out". It
worked for me..... I've been headache free for 8 years now.
After thousands of dollars of medical ripoffs and being called
a faker....a little behavior modification did the trick. And
it's free.
