I read it the same way you did Linda. Bias is a difficult barrier to climb. Dr. Goadsby has recognized that CH isn't the same as migraine, which puts him far above most others. Hopefully, he'll check out our board and survey and begin to look into the gender bias.
I'm also very curious as to whether the 'extra gray matter' applies to female CH'rs as well.
