I'm in week 11 of a cluster. For the past week all
of my headaches have been like this, either
painless or nearly painless, but with the full-
blown Horner's syndrome (droopy eyelid, bloodshot
eye, tearing and unilateral nose running,
constricted pupil on the same side).

I don't know whether it's that my cluster is
coming to an end, or what. It's curious. But
it's also unpleasant, and I treat it the same as
a headache--with Imitrex.

Mine also happen just before bed, when I'm sleepy.
Sleepiness seems to have a lot to do with when
my cluster headaches come on, by the way.
