I've been reading that alot of folks are worried about the heat and humidity among other things for the convention. Just as an idea, how does Denver sound. Never too hot or too cold, it's beautiful out here, it's relatively central to everyone in the U.S. and there is a direct flight from London so perhaps we could convince Dr. Goadsby to come and speak!!!!!!!!!!! Anyhow, just throwing out suggestions.
