Bob, I've used the sublingual ergotamine too. Good stuff. But like you say, gotta get it at the very first sign of a HA. Heck of game we play. Sitting there staring off into nowhere wondering, is that a HA starting or just a shadow. Should I take some meds? Don't want to wait too long if it is a HA but don't want to use up one of my allotted doses if it's not. Do I, don't I? Wish they'd find something that works that we could take as often and as long as we needed.
