I am curious to know about the foods your doctor said to increase consumption and those to avoid. Also, was it the doctor who prescribed the herbs before trying accupuncture? I am asking because I prefer the accupuncture treatments to the herbs. I don't really think the herbs do anything for me, but that's only my opinion. Good Luck to you.
