I am trying this right now. I am seeing a Tibetan doctor who is practicing here in the Boston area. I am taking herbs but have not tried the accupuncture yet although we have discussed it. My usual schedule of CH is Spring and Fall only (they are way late this year) and usually two to three per week, tapering off to one per week, then gone until next season. On two occasions, I have had very mild CH symptoms most of the day instead of a real CH for a cycle of 3 hours (increase, peak, decrease). I am also following a diet recommended by this doctor wherein some foods are cut out completely and others are recommended to be increased. Mostly, I can eat what I am used to so it's not too hard to stick to it. (I only get to the computer with time to browse the web about once per week, so if you respond to this message, please don't think I am ignoring you! I am pleased to have discovered this site and to have read the supportive messages people leave for each other. Keep it up!)
