I've done as many as five (25 mg) nasal sprays in a day, but usually only one or two. They work within 10 minutes, so I'm not that interested in pursuing the shots.
I've had no side effects at all, even when I've had a "10" going and popped a nasal spray on top of a Zomig or Maxalt.
