First off, tell doctor to read directions on Imitrex. You can take up to 2 in 24 hour period. Same as shots. Also there is Stadol nasal. It is a pain relever, works allmost instantly. Won't stop the CH, but nice relief for the ones that get away from the Imitrex. I have found the Imitrex shots (6mg) far more efective.
