Yep. I get a tingling sensation before my cluster
starts. Also, I can get that same tingling any time
within an episode. Also, sometimes I get a mild
throbbing in my head at any time in the episode. Sort of a
nudge from my friend, the cluster, just to let me
know it's still around and will get be later.
